Delivery Options: • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days. £4.99 (Free on orders over £60) • Express Delivery: Next working day if ordered before 1pm, £8.99 (not available on weekends/bank holidays) • Large or Fragile Items: Some larger or delicate items may require extra handling time; we will notify you if this applies. • International Shipping: Not currently available.
Order Processing: We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking details if available.
Missed Delivery: If you’re not home when your parcel arrives, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
